Trials can now be extended as many times as necessary for your customers. The maximum extension term is 30 days, but you may make an extension multiple times for the same trial.
On the Subscriptions Tab of any account, select the Trial you would like to extend, and Click Extend Access. You can select multiple trials to extend at the same time as well.
Next, select the amount of extension days you would like to add to the current Trial End Date.
If 30 days is not enough to reach your desired End Date, simply repeat the steps described above.
