In this AMS tip we are going to cover the new enhancements made to support Outside Reps. I would like to show the various places it is now possible to view whether an Outside Rep was involved in a particular quote, trial, or subscription.
When you select "view history" for any product on the Subscriptions tab, there is now a Source column that displays the Sales Representative responsible for that particular subscription.
On the Message History tab, you will now also see the Outside Rep labeled on any relevant message.
Lastly, outside reps will automatically be cc’ed on Price Quotes, Trials, and Subscription emails related to products that are associated to them.
