Recently all of the Message Templates in the AMS have been updated to include better formatting, contextual help article links, and additional product information such as Learn360 Passkey and Admin details.
Here is a short overview of the changes:
You can access any of the new message templates directly from the Message History tab of any account.
As you can see we have added additional links to our Webinars, Authentication Options, and general Help Center Information.
Also, if an account has a trial / subscription with Learn360, the message will now display the Passkey Information as well.
The Product and Admin Access information is now clearly displayed with new visual improvements:
Tech Support Contact information will now only display for the Product lines that the account has had access to.
Price Quotes and Renewal Quotes have also seen some changes.
FTE Information has been automatically added. Additional discount pricing has been tallied as well.
