A new feature was added to the AMS yesterday to help you identify your key customers – the "Hot List". You can now easily tag any account in the AMS as one of your favorites, which places them on your Hot List for easy reference.
To tag an account, simply click on the star icon that you will now see in two places:
First, the star displays on every tab of your dashboard in a new "Favorite" column on the far right.
Second, the star displays on every account page next to the account's name at the top of the page.
Click on the star to place any account on your Hot List. A blue star indicates that the account is on your Hot List. A white star with a blue outline indicates that it is not a Hot List account. Once you have placed an account on your Hot List, you can easily remove it by clicking on the blue star to deactivate its favorite status and turn the star back to white.
All of your accounts tagged as favorites will automatically show up on a new dashboard tab called "Hot List" -- it is the last tab on the right, next to your Prospects tab. This will allow you quick and easy access to your favorites.
The favorite designation does not trigger any automatic actions in the AMS. It is for you to use however you see fit. You might choose to tag your top revenue accounts, accounts that you are working with to secure a PO, or accounts that require special attention throughout their subscription cycle. This is a very flexible tool that will allow you to flag whatever accounts you choose.
