In this AMS Tip we are going to talk about the Messaging for our newest product included in the Account Management System: Learn360. If this subscription is selected in an order or trial, instead of receiving a direct access link in the Welcome Email, there is text explaining that access information will be sent separately. Learn360 is not yet fully controlled by the AMS, and as such their subscriptions still need to be created separately by the Support Team. This is a manual process, and may take up to 24 hours from when the order was submitted. Also, to note, the hyperlink text formatting cannot be programmatically altered at this time, but you are free to edit the message as you wish.

If the order or trial only includes a Learn360 subscription there is no obligation to send this email from the AMS. Access information will be coming from Support as soon as the products are activated. Selecting "Save & Close" will file this email in the Message History tab, where it can be sent later if you choose. Also, as a general reminder you can send new Access Emails at any time using the Template provided on the Message History tab.
