Order Submittal Guidelines

When submitting an order for any Infobase product (including Learn360), there is a minimum 48-hour window for those orders to be processed and for access to be activated. Please do not wait until the day of expiration to submit an order. If you do, there is no guarantee that we will be able to process it that day especially if it is a renewal at the end of a busy month.

 

And please keep in mind that the support team will no longer be able to make manual adjustments to start/end dates in the Learn360 back-end. Everything must now go through the AMS for extensions as well as new/renewal orders or adding new schools to an existing order. If you believe that you have a need for an exception to this, please go through your manager.

 

Finally, when submitting an order that contains multiple recipients (children), please make sure that all of these are included in the actual order, not just in the notes. Adding the list of schools in later should only be done as a last resort. Please work with your manager if you have an order like this.

 

It is more critical than ever that we keep everything in the AMS up-to-date and accurate in order to avoid problems with product access and ensure that technical support and authentication issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
