Create a new Topic Center

Fill in the spreadsheet New TC setup MASTER TEMPLATE 4_24_19 located here:

G:\Shared drives\INFO_EPUB_SHARE\General

Send the spreadsheet to Nicole who will create the new Topic Center with a new Topic Center ID.
