In this AMS tip we are going to talk about some of the recent changes made to the Market and Organization types that can be assigned to Accounts. As you have noticed the Market values have been simplified to better represent the different account types.
The Market Type will dictate what products you see available to select in the Order wizards. For example a K-12 Market Account can only subscribe to the CVOD or Learn360 products from the Streaming Video Category. If you see the wrong products while placing an order, chances are that the wrong Market type is set for that account.
In addition to market type we have further broken down the categories into Organization type. These are a selectable subset that will provide more details into what type of an account you are working with.
