Films Media Group will gladly accept existing closed caption files for your submitted titles. Providing caption files for all content in the following formats will help to expedite the processing of your titles.

General guidelines
- Caption frames within files intended for import should conform to a maximum of 32 characters per line and a maximum of 2 lines per frame. Please see some examples below of caption files that are supported by our process.
- Please sure your files are UTF-8 encoded. Any character that is not a valid UTF-8 character will be replaced with a "?" character.
