One or more keyword terms should be placed in the KEYWORDS field for each program. Keywords are used for a variety of purposes, including:
- Search Results - Keywords are included when a user does a search. So adding keywords can help weight the results
- Tags - The new video platform that will replace the current On Demand and Learn360 products, will use keywords as "tags" to help users find similar content. These tags will be clickable to display all content that shares a common tag.
Every video title should have a minimum of 5 keywords.
Each keyword must be entered with a semi-colon separating each word or phrase. Do not add a space after the semi-colons.
