This build included the addition of Customer Success Manager to the following reports: "Renewals and New Sales by Month" and "All Accounts by Rep and Month" - both from the Report Menu. The third report is the "Expiring - Exp-Rep by Month" report off of the Sales Dashboard. The changes to these reports consist of adding the new Customer Success Mgr. filter and cascading the Sales Reps when the Customer Success Mgr. dropdown list or the Sales Group dropdown list is changed.
Among the changes in this build were included NON-Scheduled Informal Builds this week to Live AMS:
- Added Guide to Uppercase for Pendo - at the request of Devorah R.
- Fixed delete account error - Thomas updated the DeleteAccount stored procedure. (AMSV-400)
- Fixed "Expirations - Sales Channel Summary" report - (it was not picking up new Sales Groups - AMSV-386 )
- Fixed AMS Account Wizard Report Error - ( AMSV-396)
